Whatever.

Last night I slept really good. We got it to get pretty cool in our room, so it wasnt hot. This morning I didnt want to get up, I still wanted to sleep. I've came to the conclusion that I would much rather be at home then here. My bed is a lot more comfortable, and I just need more sleep. I miss my mom and family. Im not going to see them this weekend that much so that will kind of suck. I am already tired of all the homework and teachers lack of teaching. I am used to a different way of teaching and less homework. I guess this all okay because sooner or later i'll be entering college, and I will have a lot more homework so I guess it preparing me. I have to get used to it because I want to be a lawyer so thats 7 years of college!!! OH WOW!!! (:

Tuesdayy (:

So its Tuesday, only three days and off to Mackinac Island for the weekend. I am so excited, I've never been there so this will be a great experience. We're leaving Friday at 6a.m, that's a little early, but its a four hour drive. I have been looking forward to this for so long, and I hope everything runs perfect. I am going with my boyfriend and his family, and I am hoping that it turns out to be one awesome time. I'm really not too sure on all the plans, and what exactly were going to do, so I'm looking forward to a surprise. I'm really hoping that this week flies by, and the weekend just drags on forever. I always tend to drag coming back to Grand Valley on Sundays, its not always my favorite day. I've also realized that when I am here sometimes I enjoy it, unless I have something really big to look forward to for the weekend.

Summon

Summon is a type of search engine at the Grand Valley State University library. It can be very convenient then again it can not for some topics. In the future summon can help me with research papers in college. It gives me the opportunity to look up many books that relate to my topic and give easy access to the library and books if I go to Grand Valley. If I could summon to look up anything I would used it to look up major issues occurring today. For example, I would look up current issues such as drug use, teen pregnancy and many other problems in the world. I would more than likely look up things of the oil spill if it is available. For the topic that I searched today I didnt really like summon. I looked up superwoman and didnt get the results expected. On the other hand, I think if I was doing a paper on a different topic it would be very usefull. In other words, I do like summon. I like it because all I would have to do to search a book, or something on a specific topic is type the word in and gives me many results to chose from. Even if I feel that the search is too much, I can narrow it down by excluding many of the books.

WEDNESDAY.

Today is Wednesday (: that means, two days until Friday and that means two days until I go home, and two days until my boyfriends and I one year & 8 months. This week is going by pretty fast and that's a good thing. That only means that there are two weeks down and three more to go. Were moving right along. This summer will be over before I know it. Right now as I sit here in class, there is a severe thunderstorm happening before my eyes. I HATE thunder so its not very pleasant. This weekend should be fun. I'll more than likely go see toy story 3, and if it doesn't rain I'm going tubing with my family.

THUNDERSTORMS!

I HATE thunderstorms. Last night was a really bad night. There was a huge thunderstorm and a tornado in Grand Rapids. I don't enjoy them so I barely slept. I was up really late very scared. During the night two of my good friends, Shanae and Mariah came knocking on our door about one something. They were also as scared as my room mate and I. We tried to explain to TC that we should be somewhere safer but she said that the walls were cement and that we would be okay. I didn't care I was still scared. My room mate received a phone call from her mother and she was telling her that there was a tornado coming their way. I started to freak out. My family only lives only kind of down the street from my room mates family so I got to worry. I called my mom and told her what was happening. She was in her dead sleep so she really wasn't paying attention. I told her to turn on the T.V to watch the weather to make sure they were clear. She said that they would be okay so I let her go. To make matter worse my boyfriend text me and said, "Babe its severe weather coming your way, TAKE COVER!" so that just made me freak out more. I told him that he knows how scared I am about thunder so don't mess with me. He said he was for real, but it began to settle down so I went to sleep because it was getting late. Last night was probably the worse night yet.

My Weekend.

My weekend was pretty awesome. I was so excited to get home on Friday just to finally be home. Friday was a kind of good day. When I got home my boyfriend and I went to the beach in Grand Haven. It was cold. I thought it was going to be hot because it was hot in Grand Rapids. When we got there we only went into the water once. My mom kept texting me telling me that a storm was coming so she wanted us to start heading home. That's really all I did on Friday. Saturday was a kind of busy day. I did some running around for my car and for fathers day. I went to one of my childhood friends open house. After the open house I went to my dads house for a cook out. He had my grandparents over and uncle. I was happy I got to see my little brothers and sister that I don't really see often. After that my sister and I went to the mall to do some shopping. It was already getting kind of late so we had to do some fast pace shopping. When we were done shopping I dropped my sister off and went home. Later in the night I went to a party with some friends. I was VERY excited because I met Shanae's brother, Derek Winbush! On Sunday my family and I were at the beach all day. I had a blast this weekend (:.

Thrusday.

Well its finally Thursday, last day of class for the week and then we go home tomorrow for the weekend. Now its one week down and a lot more to go. I am pretty excited about going tomorrow, so I can sleep. I'm excited to see my mom, brothers, friends, and boyfriend. I'm not too sure what I am going to do this weekend. I know I have a open house on Saturday for one of my childhood friends, that should be fun. First week of class was okay. It went pretty fast. The only thing that really went fast was classes and then after that it seemed like the day slowed down. I hoping that the rest of the summer goes really fast, so I can go home for good. (:

So I just read this other blog about a girl who went to jail for having 506lb of marijuana on a plane. She was going to Ohio and had all that Marijuana in 13 suit cases. She claimed she was going to see her boyfriend in Columbus.

Blahh.

I'm just about ready to go home. I am so tired & sore. All these classes and long days are getting to me. I miss my family and friends. This week is going too slow, its only Wednesday. On the positive side there is only one more day of classes, and then we go home for the weekend. The homework is a drag, I feel like a slacker when it comes to it. I still get it done thought, so that's good. I'm pretty sure Spanish is my least favorite class, its too boring and I just don't like Spanish. If I was at home I would definitely still be sleeping, so FRIDAY hurry up and come!

"Whats on my mind?"

Okay so the first day of the program was a success. It went pretty fast on my part. Im kind of ready to go home for the weekend, but then again im kind of enjoying this time away from people I see all the time. My classes are okay. I can't really rate which is my favorite, but there all pretty cool. Last night all the seniors got thier priveledges, that was fun. We really dont have much to do, so we're basically on our own. Im happy that i've been sleeping well in those beds. I usually dont sleep well in other beds besides my own, so thats a plus. Yesterday I wasnt very fond of the food in the cafeteria. I dont know how today will be, lets see! Right now I am sitting next to Cesar Vargas, he is really cool and pretty much AMAZING!! (:

I have never blogged before, and I have no idea how to really do it. I hope to learn more about blogging so I can get involed more with it.
